Protective Pets?
Millions of Americans have Pets, why not? They help relieve stress after a long drawn out day from work. Dog owners know how it feels to come home to someone who appreciates them even if they have 4 legs and a destructive tail when the house isn't puppy proofed yet. Or the cuddliness of a cat when they need some warmth. Let's face it, pets just make us feel loved and we love them back! How do we protect them in a home invasion? Well, your four-legged feline friend will most likely check out and hide anywhere they can to avoid the conflict/noise. Your dog on the other hand will be confused and most likely will get behind you, no matter what breed you have and cower a little unless it possesses a leader of the pack mentality is ready to defend you. Most pet breeds are in calm loving homes, and any noise gets them rattled. If you have a firearm in the home you may want to consider having your dog trained to stay in a safe area until the chaos is done. A comman
