Are Defensive Classes For ME?
I get this question a lot, and sometimes I do not get it at all when I think it is pertinent. You purchased a firearm for self-defense, no? Or just for plinking? you KNOW YOUR reason, I know mine. If it was for self-defense, the question is not is the class for ME? The question is, am I ready to take a defensive class? One way to find out is to reach out to an instructor who teaches a self-defense pistol curriculum and hire him to look for inconsistencies or any home-grown nuances or bad habits that are unsafe from self-reliance or self-taught from online video "instructors". I am not knocking on the video instructors themselves, I am just saying, you can watch all the videos you want, but just be sure you know how to convert them to "real-life", or ask an instructor in-person is this something that can be used in a real-life situation, or "why" you would use a technique instead of I just learned this on the online video and this is the end of all mov
